Little Farmhouse is a roomy DIY playhouse kit with genuine farmhouse charm. Window shutters and a gable roof with dormer windows give it a storybook look, and the big cozy loft is a favorite spot for reading or a quick nap. It offers plenty of indoor space for play on cold or rainy days, and you can even add your own porch.
Inside dimensions are 113″ x 76″, with 59 sq ft of floor, 108 sq ft of roof surface and a height of 7’2″. The kit includes six plexiglass windows, a 22-5/8″ x 44″ door, a wooden floor and a 16 sq ft loft (installation optional, 110 lbs max). The roof structure is included, roofing shingles are not. Suited to ages 3 to 14, with a 5 year warranty.
Little Farmhouse comes untreated, so you can paint it in colors that match your kids’ imagination. A step-by-step manual walks you through assembly, or A-OK Playgrounds can quote delivery and professional assembly for a finished install. Contact A-OK Playgrounds for pricing and lead time.
