Teen Spot is a roomy backyard retreat designed for teenagers who have outgrown a traditional playhouse. It is a great place to study, unwind or pursue a hobby, and as the years go by it adapts easily into a cabin, shed or workspace. Large windows and a glass door create a bright, open feel inside.
Outside dimensions are 11’2″ x 10’1″, with inside dimensions of 6’3″ x 7’11” and 76 sq ft of floor. The cabin stands 8′ tall with 6’11” walls that are 2-3/4″ thick. Double-pane windows and door handle all seasons. Pre-cut boards for walls, roof and floor are included, along with the 117 sq ft roof structure. Shingles are not included. 5 year warranty.
Teen Spot comes untreated, so you can paint or stain it to fit your style. Easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions are included, and A-OK Playgrounds can quote delivery and professional assembly for a hands-off install. Reach out to A-OK Playgrounds for pricing and lead time.
