Prince gives the two story playhouse a modern farmhouse twist in black and white. Its upper balcony offers a treehouse view and serves as an activity hub, while a secret spiral slide hidden in the second story provides a speedy escape out the back. It is a showpiece for the yard and an adventure zone for kids.
The painted solid wood playhouse is 6′ x 8′ and 12′ tall with a 6′ x 8′ balcony. Floor space is 48 sq ft downstairs and 44 sq ft upstairs, with interior heights of 4’7″ and 6’5″. It features five opening safety glass windows, three opening doors with windows, a steel roof, an 8′ x 3′ railed terrace, a wooden ladder inside and stairs to the balcony.
Prince includes a wooden kids furniture set of a table, two chairs and a bench, plus a climbing wall, slide, spiral slide, sandbox and a two-swing set. Colors can be changed at no extra cost.
